Women in the marine industry shall we meet on the seawall in May?

On Wednesday 13 May at 10:30am, Lou from Box PR Ltd and I will be hosting a 5K walk along Lymington Sea Wall, followed by lunch at Lymington Town Sailing Club.

Were once again taking part in the Global Womens Walk 2026 a worldwide initiative connecting women across the marine industry while raising funds for Room to Read.

Last year, 1,200 people across five continents took part and together raised £5,000 for this brilliant charity supporting literacy and gender equality.
Our Lymington walk alone helped fund 16 mentors for a year and 200 childrens books.

This isnt a formal networking event. Just time outdoors with people working across our sector. While the initiative celebrates women in marine, everyone is welcome to join us.
